These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Planet Peachy website at www.planetpeachy.co.uk.By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or have access to this website. If you have any questions, please contact us. All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

 

Payment

We currently only accept payment via PayPal. The goods will not be despatched until we receive confirmation that the payment has been processed.

 

Delivery

We currently only deliver within the UK. We despatch most orders the day after they are received and paid for. However at busy times this may not be possible. Please allow one week for delivery.We use standard Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post depending on your selection at checkout. See here for more details on delivery charges.

 

Changing or Cancelling an Order

We're sorry that it's usually not possible to make changes to an order once it's been placed. If you'd like to add items, please place a new order.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible by email quoting your order no. and we will do our best to help. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then please refer to our Returns Procedure.

 

Returns Procedure

If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us in writing by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return them to: Planet Peachy, 56 Regent Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1JQ.

 

Refunds Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, it is important that any unwanted item is returned in a resaleable condition. This means that it is undamaged and unused and that the original packaging and labels have been retained. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
